E-mobility conditioning technology

Specifically for the requirements of the validation of electronic vehicle components, all conditioning systems of Pollux are available from a lower temperature control limit of -40 ° C and can thus be used in the field of product validation with environmental simulation. Depending on the application, the systems can be recooled by the building cooling water or brine circuit or have an integrated cold or deep-freeze generator. This makes it possible to combine the various conditioning systems into complete systems for carrying out environmental tests for electronic systems and e-mobility components from the vehicle. By combining two wcs water conditioning systems and one acs air conditioner, a complete system for the validation of an electric vehicle drive according to IEC 60068-2 (or rather LV124, VW80000, …) is created. The two fluid conditioners supply the engine and its control unit, while the air conditioner delivers tempered air to the drive during the test.
