EOL test benches for visual inspection (avis)

Our automated visual inspection system (avis) is mainly used in the field of control of vehicle interior components such as vehicle door panels.
The systems offer manual or fully automatic and robot-assisted inspection of product features in terms of shape, colour or presence.
A special feature is the specialization of the systems for the spatially resolved test of LED lighting functions such as ambience and contour lighting.
The LED light sources or light guides are tested for deviations from a given target state in terms of luminance and colour as well as light area.
Malfunctioning components that have e.g. hot spots or other component defects can be reliably detected and sorted out.
To realize the complex analysis tasks, the systems are equipped with high-resolution industrial cameras and high-performance image processing systems.
