Hot gas test center
For the testing and measurement of components under extreme temperatures, we have available a total of five hot-gas test benches operated with fossil fuel as well as various application-specific special constructions with electric air heaters.
Three of these test benches are built by the market leader Kratzer Automation and therefore they offer the measurement of turbochargers under exactly the same conditions as the Kratzer in-house test benches at many of our customers.
For the cost-effective testing of components such as EGR coolers or components of the supply air system (intercooler, valves, …), we create and operate application-specific special constructions in our component test cells.
All test benches have various additional features such as conditioning systems or thermal shock changeover devices.
