Michael Renner, Dipl.-Ing. Elektrotechnik
Michael Renner looks back on 20 years of experience in the field of test and measurement technology. He studied electrical engineering with a major in communication engineering at the University of Kaiserslautern as well as medical physics and medical physics and engineering at the ZFUW (“Zentrum für Fernstudien und Universitäre Weiterbildung”) (“Centre for Distance Learning and University Education”). During his work as a scientific assistant at the chair in high-voltage engineering and EMC and as a member of the EMC team, he supported, among other things, small and medium sized enterprises with the conceptual design and validation of electronic equipment and systems. He was able to profitably contribute and expand the experiences he gained as a team leader in the field of technical support for measurement and test technology at a leading manufacturer of exhaust gas turbochargers for almost a decade. His main tasks at Pollux electro mechanical systems GmbH as a managing partner are primarily in the field of software development, simulation and optimization.
Christian Schmidt, Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Elektrotechnik
Christian Schmidt studied electrical engineering with a major in industrial electronics and energy technology at the University of Applied Science in Bingen. Already at the beginning of his career as an engineer he was working in the field of measurement and automatic control engineering. Later on he deepened his knowledge during many years of work for a leading manufacturer of exhaust gas turbochargers in the field of design and development of engine, hot gas and special test bench systems. His main tasks at Pollux electro mechanical systems GmbH as a managing partner are primarily in the field of design and conceptual development of measurement, control and test engineering equipment for hardware as well as project leadership.
